Shipping Policy:

We know you’re excited to receive your order (as you should be), so we work quickly to get it to you. 

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is on the way, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package ships, so you can keep an eye on it every step of the way.

A quick note: pre-orders are not included in this timeline. Each pre-order item will have its own estimated processing and shipping details listed in the product description.

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s care. While we’ll always do our best to help, we aren’t responsible for any shipping delays caused by things like weather or transit issues.

Return/Exchange Policy:

We want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be issued a refund to your original form of payment (excluding shipping costs).

Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, based on product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit so you can find something else you love.

Final Sale Items
All sale items, pre-orders, and special releases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process
To start a return or exchange, please email us at nobodyisus0102@gmail.com with your order number and request. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Additional Notes
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
